    The Sailing Instructions (SI) shall prevail in the event of conflict with this Notice of Race. National prescriptions will not apply. If there is a conflict between languages the English text will take precedence.

    The regatta is open to all boats of the IOM class. Eligible boats may enter by completing the online form posted below or by sending an e-mail to: Thomy Blatter. Entries must be received not later than the 31th of April 2012<\/strong>.

      7 – PENALTY SYSTEM \/ STRAFSYSTEM<\/span> \/ SYST\u00c8ME DE P\u00c9NALIT\u00c9<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Rule 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by the One-Turn Penalty.

      International One Meter Class rules 2012. Each boat shall produce a valid IOMSUI class certificate. During the implementation of the new NCA (National Class Association) there are many boats with invalid certificates or non at all, however, we will invite and welcome everybody despite this fact and it will be a good moment to verify the status of the IOMs in Switzerland. It is of coarse advised that you as and owner make sure that your boat is class legal, if you are in doubt, please contact us.

      The permitted frequency bands are 26, 27, 40 MHz and 2.4 GHz. Each competitor must have a minimum of 3 frequencies available except on 2.4 GHz.

      Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
